Trees, gnarled they twist
Making my way
Through this labyrinth of mist

Frost to the bone
The words of the crone
Cruel fates cast upon the stone

Tears well inside
Grief multiplied

Faint light breaks through

Lakeside falls within my view

I see waves fall on the shore
Mist obscures my sight

Barren wastes surround my being
Darkness falls at last

Stars burn bright to guide my way
Ancient wisdom rise

Cosmic knowledge come to me
For my soul to fly

In the dark I see so clearly

Ride and journey to overcome fate

Arcane knowledge will stave off this doom
Find the mystic and shirk off the tomb

Rise and search the starlit sky
